Paterson & Poland has been in Dunedin for over 50 years. From a background of repairing and servicing all types of machinery, we began to focus on quality brand water blasters and expanded into selling in April 2000.

For Kärcher machines purchased from Paterson & Poland, we offer onsite servicing which reduces downtime of both the machine and operator and/or the necessity of the machine having to be sent away from site. (more complex repairs will be done in our fully equipped Dunedin workshop).

Paterson & Poland technicians are factory trained, electrically qualified, and equipped with the specialist tools needed for the Kärcher machines.

In addition to the most common parts being carried by both Paterson & Poland and Kärcher NZ, parts which are not in New Zealand are air freighted from Kärcher Germany on a weekly basis although supply chain delays due to Covid, global and local shipping capacity and manufacturing delays as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine can affect availability of both parts & machines and regrettably this is beyond anyone’s control.
