Continuing growth as Kärcher New Zealand’s local Service Dealer means Paterson & Poland has expanded to specialise in the servicing and sales of the Kärcher Professional equipment range, in addition to repairing Kärcher NZ’s Home & Garden products and other quality brand cleaning equipment.

We believe that relationships and expertise are crucial to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, so as well as the well-equipped Dunedin workshop we also provide regular on-site servicing of Kärcher Professional machines within Otago, including North, South and Central.

Paterson & Poland have a Kärcher Professional cleaning solution for your application and our after-sales support includes initial commissioning and operator training.

  • The Kärcher ranges are now easily differentiated by colour, - the Professional range is anthracite (grey) whereas the yellow machines are Home & Garden

  • The difference is not just in the colour, it’s also in the build quality and the design. Professional anthracite machines and accessories are designed and built as everyday solutions for individual industries.

    Whereas yellow home & garden machines are built for occasional use to clean the owner’s residence and/or vehicles and anecdotally 80% of yellow machines in for repair have been lent to someone other than the owner.

  • Kärcher Professional machines are colour coded. On a Professional machine, a yellow control is for day to day operator use, whereas a light gray part is for operator maintenance, e.g. something to be checked once a week like a filter.
  • The correct machine for your application is always the best investment because quality will live on long after the price is forgotten and getting the correct machine means a longer life. (This applies to both the Professional and the Home & Garden ranges.)
